Drennon Updates on Basketball Season

   With the basketball season just around the corner, and fall sports are over, Drennon is ready for this season. Preseason practice has been going well and the team is showing great teamwork. Each player is working hard, as they are becoming prepared for this year’s basketball season.
   Drennon said that his goals for the year were to compete and to fill the gym. The school needs to come out and support the basketball team when they start playing the games. He really wants the team to be able to compete and go somewhere this season. All of the players are giving the preseason practice their best effort, but Drennon said that there were a few that had greatly improved. This people consist of Tyler Winchester, Tanner Lewis, Chris Rice, and Matt Smith.
   The team’s vibe this year as Drennon says is really high. The players that played a fall sport really brought spirit with them and to the whole team. Drennon wants to go out this year and represent Liberty, so let us come out and support our team.
