Self-Determination is a movement.
Individuals with disabilities and their families started this movement.
Transition is a life-long development from birth to late adult,
and self-determination begins at birth and never ends with an individual
who believes "I Can!"
The "I" Team consists of multi-classifications.
We believe everyone CAN reach their ultimate level of performance
and participate in the real world.
As we grow, we look forward to new challenges!
